Playtime membership
Membership Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement

Everything in Playtime is private. It is made for the people who joined, and it is not for sharing. By creating an account, ticking the agreement box, or buying a membership, you agree to the terms below.
1. Confidentiality
All content inside Playtime is private and meant only for your personal use as a member. This includes videos, audio, photos, voice notes, documents, messages, captions, and anything else posted to the membership, whether it is on the site or reached through a link from it.
2. Everything is protected
The following are all protected, with no exceptions:
- Music and audio: unreleased songs, demos, rough takes, rehearsals, voice notes and recordings of any kind.
- Video: piano sessions, lives, behind the scenes clips and any other footage.
- Photos and artwork: every image, including portraits, rehearsal and tour photos and design work.
- Words: lyrics, notes, captions, comments and any text shared with members.
3. No copying or sharing
You agree that you will not, without prior written permission from the owner:
- copy, download, rip, save, record, screenshot or screen-record any membership content;
- reproduce, distribute, share, repost, publish, upload, sell or otherwise disclose it to anyone outside the membership, including on social media, messaging apps, forums and file-sharing sites;
- use any tool, script or workaround to get around the protections on the site;
- feed membership content into any AI, machine learning or similar system, or use it to train one.
Stealing, leaking or passing on unreleased music or any other member-only material is strictly forbidden.
4. No unauthorized use
You will not use membership content for any commercial purpose, share your login details, or let anyone who is not a member see exclusive material. Your account is for you alone.
5. Ownership
All membership content stays the intellectual property of Jaz James. Having access does not give you ownership, a licence to republish, or any right to redistribute it.
6. If you break these terms
Breaking this agreement may lead to immediate termination of your membership without a refund, where the law allows, and may lead to further legal action, including claims for any harm caused by the leak, where permitted by law.
7. Your agreement
When you tick the box that says you have read and agree to this agreement, or create an account or buy a membership, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree to follow them. Your agreement, with the date and time you gave it, is recorded with your account and counts as your electronic signature.
